Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components included
  • No visible signs of wear, damage, or usage

Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.


Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Personal care devices in contact with skin
  • Beauty accessories used or unsealed

This policy ensures the highest standards of safety and quality for all our clients.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to request a return authorization
  2. Receive return instructions
  3. Ship the product to the provided return address
  4. Inspection upon reception

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days

  • Initial shipping costs are non refundable
